We budgeted for about 20k/unit, and found the cost of labor and commodities (lumber/aluminum/etc.) made 25k/unit a more realistic number.

So I do believe if you can unload some of your inventory that is only making you $50 a month.

Think about after GFC rates were low but no one was lending.Look at commodities, specifically lumber has fallen dramatically.
