I'll have paid off the mortgages on the two properties much faster than the 1 expensive property since I have cash flow to supplement the mortgage payments if needed.

As long as you are just feeling that it is just supplemental income it might be OK.

So not looking to become some overnight millionaire just simply supplement my lifestyle and see what happens.
