Does anyone have a recommendation for a property manager in the Detroit suburbs (Shelby, Chesterfield, Waterford and Garden City) for several 18000-30000 sq foot strip malls, office complexes and a 12 unit apartment building?

Start with 2-3 acres and put a few quads or garden apartments on it.

A garden hose is 6gpm.

My goal is to make it a high-end AirBnB (5 bedrooms, 4k square feet, lots of woodwork details and beautiful garden).

@Joseph ODonovan Like I mentioned above, I haven't personally invested in the area in years but I always liked Crum Lynne, Folcroft, Clifton Heights, Upland, Trainer, Marcus Hook, Lynwood, Garden City (which is a part in Wallingford), Darby Township (not Darby Borough), and Tinicum.I used to do parts of Upper Darby too but not sure I would do that today.

Hi Melanie,Have you thought about buying and ALSO getting a 2nd nigh time job as a waitress (like at Olive Garden with good tips) or working as a temp on weekends, to pay off the credit cards. 

@Victor Buquer It's a common front door but then individual interior entrance doors for each unit.The garden unit (mine) has a separate entrance.
