A large intermodal alongside huge warehouses has accelerated the development in these two cities in the last couple of years.

Do you actually want to buy and oversee an investment property or do you just want to invest alongside a group of experienced investors and reap the benefits of real estate? 

My luck is based on being first and therefore demonstrating I will close asap no hiccups, having a great realtor (listing agent is not tech saavy and my realtor knew how to work with him), and just plain emotional appeal (I will be living in it, it will not be run by a bad name property management company with an owner that will never see the place). 

Now with brother in the mix, who knows, might be some hiccups there. 

Once I received the documents from him I found a hiccup, all of his tax returns and bank statements included 4 other doors, 2 single families and 1 duplex.

Full occupancy has a more of an impact (for me) than any hiccups or overages in repairs so that's what I focus on.
