Of course one might say …oh well he is an independent contractor, you should sign a contract that says blah blah …great ..then I will tell you once you and your attorney will be fighting the case in court and you will be wasting your money and time deliberating contract law and proving that he had his own brush hence he acted as an independent contract and his attorney will be accusing you of negligence as the work place was unsafe ….I will be looking for a next crib to flip while Javier will be collecting $600 a month state money watching Telemundo

so that's a moral dilemma.. not telling the truth up front in your advertising.2. subject to your partners approval when you have no partner.3. leading sellers on to think they have a solid deal when in fact the ONLY way it will close is if you can resell it.. this causes a lot of harm to those in distress IE foreclosure I have bought many a home that a wholesaler could not get their act together and I stepped in and bought it behind them.and then you have license laws..

It's a gift to the government for having not thought through your structure properly.Now if you had been a regular LLC, you never would have paid that $1953 in tax because all competent software recognizes that you already met your Social Security limit and all is well.Now, if you've got relatively lower salary and lower S-corp salary that does not go over the Social Security limit when combined, then it's no harm, no foul and you absolutely do save a lot of taxes in structuring as an S-Corp.Guys - taxation is NEVER cut and dried.
