@John Thedford  AS you can see by my avatar I am basically bald.. but in 07 when I was at the peak of my HML company I had a full head of wavy nice hair.08 09  I had over 200 foreclosures on my hands in 8 states... and by 2011 I was fully bald.. kind of like a sitting president goes grey... so yes I have a PHD in loan defaults and work outs.. and its who I got a PHD in mid west rental markets.. and all the associated risks with lower end rental properties..

Escrow deposit is being made tomorrow so I'm tripping out if its the right thing to do...I've already had a lender go through my financials with a fine tooth comb, but I'm also weary about the banks coming through on the loan...Any input or guidance from this awesome community would be greatly appriciated.

I look at population trends far as growth and decline, age demographics, and very importantly is what the focus of the local government is; are they growth-focused or a bunch of lazy old "blue-hairs" doing what they've always done because that's what they've always done? 

They will not accept things such as flushable wipes, personal wipes, baby wipes, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, wads of toilet paper, dental floss, balls of hair, paper towels, newspapers, grease, oil, table scraps, bones, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or children’s toys.
