Your bank may allow you to link these LLC accounts to other personal accounts (depending on membership in your LLC, etc.) to facilitate easy transfer of money (capital contributions and distributions)... just keep everything straight for other members and for your tax preparer.

Brokers Originate, process, and facilitate the closing of mortgages. 

They are very active in facilitating loans to multifamily investors in Texas.  

As much as I have not loved facilitating the process through them - Huntington Bank (bought out First Merit).

You have to allow reasonable accommodations to facilitate people's special needs such as widening door ways but you don't have to pay for it.
