I’ve been very blessed:I had two fires back in the 80’s, both from smoking, both were simply a couch / chair caught on fire and did minimal fire damage. 

Theres holes in the wall where recliners and chairs smash into them frequently, so i'm pretty safe to say this is NOT normal wear and tear.

The higher-ups that manage the officers and the underwriters want to avoid having to explain to their higher-ups (sometimes the board of directors) why they approved the defaulting loan.

I am currently the Director of Building Services for a large church in my area and my wife, LaShunda, is a both a teacher and a real estate agent.  

We have a 2man kayak, stand up paddle board, and some surf boards, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids that you guys can borrow anytime you want.

I have a unit advertised for rent.. this applicant checks out as well as to be expected but my concern is that she uses one of those walker/sitting chair thing-gies ( sorry, that's my best description) well my unit is on slab and don't have any high steps or stair areas but I don't want to open myself up to any of those (I've fallen and can't get up) type issues.I currently do not have grab bars in the restroom or any other place on the property.

I would fall outta my office chair if someone came in with this information initially without me asking for it.
