FHA is basically enforcing the terms of a loan it has no affiliation with. 

You'll need to do some research in your area, I'm not familiar enough to know any specific broker but any of the breakaway or affiliated "with" brokers will always help.

My quesion is: If anyone can recommend on an inspector that can run inspections on all 3 houses including - Pest test- Well test- Septic system test - Lake test (the land has 3 lakes)By the way, the inspector can be from other places in NC not just Polk County (we want an objective professional who is not affiliated with brokers/owners etc..)That would be more than helpful.
