Me being a 1st time landlord I don't exactly know how the housing commision would react although this was an unforseen accident, I'm by no means a slumlord. 

Lots of deals look good on paper in that area, and it seems a lot of non-Cincinnati natives on BP focus on it.

Korea (pros/cons) - where I currently live so easier/more tangible to research, manage properties- while my Korean is ok, and I can utilize translation tools etc, bilingual agents, the language barrier would remain a challenge when it comes to navigating the Korean real estate world- tax, mortgage, etc complexitiesUSA (pros/cons)- much easier to understand as my native country, but at the same time as I havent lived in the US for several years, behind on market trends, etc.

I was just reacting to a few of the other posts. 

I'm a Florida native and have most of my real estate experience there, but I am now living in Tucson and interested in learning more about this market.  

As a New Jersey native and real estate investor, myself, I'd love to speak with you sometime about it!

But I don't know how the bank would react to a $1million value for tiny homes.

This is obviously a non-native English speaker so I don't want to just discount him because he's not understanding the listing due to a language barrier, but I also don't want to waste a bunch of time communicating with a bot or giving information to a scammer so he can spoof my listing.

I get the first 3 were time wasters but it seems strange how you reacted to the last person. 

If the young man has moved out and I do not react, is there any implicit acceptance of this which could negate any legal claims of the lease?
