Anyone looking for a better grasp on subject 2 and/or owner financing, it is well worth the 80 or so minutes of your time.

I have downloaded the template contracts from biggerpockets to try to gain a better grasp of them, but it is difficult without having the info to put in the fields.My question is this; Would any wholesaler on biggerpockets be willing to go through a wholesale deal, from getting the property under contract, to losing with the assignee?

I have researched wholesaling enough that I feel comfortable saying I get it on paper, but we all know getting out there and doing it is the best way to really grasp the concept and learn.

I simply want to be seen through the process step by step to get a real grasp of performing a wholesale deal.
