Plus I think it would send two signals, the first signal being to potential criminals that they are on watch the second signal to the tenants that this is a safe environment.Reminds me of a new show I watched today, Flip Men, they bough a meth property amd they took steps to clean up the property and the surrounding area by: installing a motion light, upkeeping the back alley, confronting and taking pictures of the drug dealers...sorry off track, wifi...

Dyna J. im offering the assignment fee i just want to see how its done for my self. but as far as approaching a seller what to say, what to do, and dealing with a title company, when things should be set in motion, what to offer the seller based on the wholesale formula, profit margin for the buyer and wholesaler, etc the list goes on and on. i got a lot of answers from the things i asked on bp so far but more and more keep popping up.

Training and practice will be the difference between you jerking out a block of steel that refuses to fire and panicing or calmly going through motions you've practiced a thousand times, meaning you don't have to think about it, and you spend your brain power on sizing up the moment and acting properly.I fully agree that if you carry you have to prepared to use it and be train...and it's a pain in the butt.

I also found that if you caulk the seams where the paneling meet it makes the place look uniform and seamless, looks great.
