Hey all -Just getting started putting into motion what my father preached to me growing up.

I had a motion filed to dismiss his appeal as it was illegal. 

I am also actively looking for properties, just want to really get the cars "in motion" much more than they are now as it can be rather lucrative and still gives me plenty of free time.I am into investing for the long term, have the skills to make deals/find deals (it's what I've been doing since I was young really), and the ability to network/make friends/partners so everyone makes money, which makes us all happy.
