I am a former corporate CEO of several corporations including insurance, contractors bonding, oil, motion picture, property management, real estate loans, investing, mining in W.

I'm fairly undereducated in this field, so the idea is to immerse myself in education this year, use what I learn here over the next year to refine that 10-year plan, run it by other members for their input and expertise, and then put it into motion next year.

Dyna J. im offering the assignment fee i just want to see how its done for my self. but as far as approaching a seller what to say, what to do, and dealing with a title company, when things should be set in motion, what to offer the seller based on the wholesale formula, profit margin for the buyer and wholesaler, etc the list goes on and on. i got a lot of answers from the things i asked on bp so far but more and more keep popping up.

Training and practice will be the difference between you jerking out a block of steel that refuses to fire and panicing or calmly going through motions you've practiced a thousand times, meaning you don't have to think about it, and you spend your brain power on sizing up the moment and acting properly.I fully agree that if you carry you have to prepared to use it and be train...and it's a pain in the butt.

Put some expensive looking carriage lights on the garage as well as a motion detector light.

I also found that if you caulk the seams where the paneling meet it makes the place look uniform and seamless, looks great.

I agree strongly with @Ned Carey  All real estate is local.There is not a uniform national real estate market.Some places are experiencing a boom now, some not, some haven't seen a boom this century.And while interest rates are at historic lows, which should persuade people to load up on the cheap debt before the other shoe falls, the banks stinging from the crash and government regulations have made the qualifications much more difficult. 

Most institutional portfolio lenders use Fannie/Freddie uniform paperwork / deeds of trust / etc, so the stuff you see at the county recorders office can say "Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac" all over it in spite of it being anything but a Fannie/Freddie loan.I've never personally been involved in mortgage-related litigation (knock on wood), the above are my best guesses based on zero formal training or education in law.

The cloud based camera only records when motion is detected.

I don’t this it will look bad—but definitely not uniform as we wanted.
