Now that it's done, there's no sense going back and repainting - instead, I would leave that front door light on to brighten the entrance, at night, during the day, anytime the house is being shown.Another thing I would consider, this house, like many newer homes, screams WELCOME TO MY GARAGE DOOR!

It's still functional, but the claw marks are deep and right at the recessed panel edges so sanding - patching - repainting is not going to work.

Not just about the cabinets, when I moved in the paint was something like 9 days old, he wanted the place repainted and would accept the unit with paint not being more than 9 days old!!!

The entire place had to be re-painted, and I had to wash every wall and ceiling to even get the paint to stick.That being said, I am a smoker, I haven't smoked indoors in 10 years.
