Exercise makes your muscles physically tired, but you'll actually feel more energized from it.

In my neck of the woods, most seem to go to owner occupants....even the ones in horrible condition.

There aren't any 55k in my neck of the woods either.

Was hoping to see if anyone had recommendations on a real estate agent in the area who specializes in or has lots of experience in short term rentals in this neck of the woods.
