When a borrower, like Joe, comes in so hat in hand, so "unconfident" it really shows and that demeanor shows the lack of confidence, lack of business knowledge, lack of expertise in requesting funding.I'm there to make loans, not turn people down!

You need to take off the retail sales hat and look at a property from their point of view.

Then, you don't have to comb through your lease looking for some provision to hang your hat on in court to try and evict a paying tenant. 

Hats off to all of you Vets and active duty folk as well. 

I’d love to gain that experience but I also don’t know if it is the time to wear this many hats : wholesaling, purchase Multifamily, scale the wholesale operation, become an agent,new development?

Put your business hat on and be ruthless about the numbers.

DSCR loans are good if they wear White Hats.

As a former agent, I quit wearing both hats at the advice of my attorney.
