They brag about their amazing new job, which they want everyone to know pays well so they have to match the life style to the job.

Then I come in with a very complex multi family deal and their sleeping their way through work style reveals itself.

I don't know what style of investment he is offering but if you don't get, amortization, appreciation, and depreciation then I don't think I'd put my money there.
