I love how you dramatically improved the property without "overbuilding" the property size/neighborhood.

I own both mobile home and RV parks and can tell you that although they are related, they can vary dramatically depending on the park. 

Social media networking can speed up this process dramatically, but it takes commitment and consistency.

Because the difference in safety & price can be very dramatic within just a few miles range.

When I dive a bit deeper and look at the current valuation vs. what the asking price is, they no longer make sense with out a dramatic price cut which with the current market dynamics is less likely.

Costs can vary dramatically depending on the severity of the damage.You should look at the framing of the house and see how badly affected it is.

But most investors discover that real estate is truly a commodity, and while the addresses may differ, the inventory of a particular type that is available in a particular area doesn't change dramatically over short time periods.  

I found by focusing most of my energy on finding deals and wholesaling them (which dramatically increased the number of deals I could do in a year), I could make MORE net profit at the end of the year and decrease my stress and overhead dramatically.

Unless there is a dramatic shift in spending and the economy really starts to go forward the spending will keep going and most likely increase via stimulus/bailout/etc.
