The term "Mortgage Broker" is a bit loaded, a bit misleading, and frankly no one uses it correctly.I am licensed to broker mortgages, and I do in fact broker mortgages from time to time.But about 95% of my deals are either done via direct or correspondent lending, not brokering.

My company is basically the in house maintenance company for them, so I markup some repairs and some I do not and get a fee monthly from Citiside to manage all work orders and correspond with owners about repairs as well.
