Regardless, if you do get appliances and you're paying for water or electricity, then (1) make sure you focus on efficiency because washers and dryers can suck up a lot of water and energy and (2) consider whether to buy coin operated washers and dryers - in my experience they tend to cost more but tenants are less likely to abuse them.

Did not get an application from that one ...Now you do have to be mindful of distinguishing deferred maintenance issues (peeling paint on woodwork / walls) from neglect / abuse / carelessness / failure to keep tidy and clean.

I've seen [b]individual bills over 100/month - when someone else is paying the bill (you), these tenants will abuse it to no end.

This is akin to spam in my book.The last thing we want is for people to get overrun with people sending them garbage ad colleague requests.We're more than happy to remove and ban any user who abuses our system to send these kinds of requests.

He called and told me what was going on so I just told him to call the Realtor and tell her that he talked to an attorney and that the attorney said that it sounded like the Realtor had abused her relationship and that she could be liable for telling him that he owed money for a contract that he hadn't violated.
