Typically we like to form an LLC as a holding company for the LLC that takes ownership of the property.Are you doing a master lease agreement and what improvements etc will you be making in the future and how is that spelled out?

The small brokerages, while financially flexible (only taking $360 off the top, no split, low monthly fees, etc) are very unprofessional in their websites online (errant spelling, colloquialisms, etc).
