It definitely won't make the same kind of money I make in oil and gas initially, but at this point I really want to prioritize quality of life and fostering lasting relationships.

Various feedback I'm getting this morning makes me think we need to prioritize finding the right team to work with.

Listen to basically every podcast.. every word you hear that you dont know, google it, then understand it.. prioritize your goals every week or so.. and learn about anything that interests you...  

I think it's more about prioritization.

Without knowing anything else about this tenant, I think you need to prioritize the numbers first and communicate that up front to the tenant.  

Although, my husband is in the RV sales/repair business and I would love to collaborate with him and do an RV resort to expand his business, I also figure with his client base and marketing it would be "easy" to fill the rental spaces?

Prioritize and get good at one thing before moving on to different niches.
