Also, they can be a bit fussy about minor issues impacting their farming operations…reasonable people, reasonable gripes, but a bit tunnel visioned about operational stuff…small but legitimately annoying stuff like unintentionally parking somewhere that blocks their equipment ingress/egress; driving too fast down their long gravel lane, which makes dust, throws gravel out of place, leads to potholes that become rain puddles, and legitimately increases the $ they have to spend on gravel.

Or, they just like to keep information close to themselves.When any investor approaches an agent, it comes down to the vision of what the investor wants and also the clarity on the process.If you are very clear about your plan and your process and are willing to share that information with an agent, then you shouldn't have a problem finding someone that will have a vested interest in your success...As with anything, if you treat your potential agent like a partner, they'll do the same.
