It may transition to partial WFH, but proximity is still important -- in other words, I don't see a mass exodus on the horizon, losses will be gradual over time and most likely beset by or eclipsed by the young folk who enjoy city life and want to live the city life.Regarding severity of covid, well, this isn't the place for a discussion on it.
