Once you get to the point of buying a course and 2 events (disregarding that they probably have lots of books, audio programs, and often other unrelated $1000+ courses as well) you could be getting into a sizable portion of getting a franchise.For those I know that have gone that even next step of getting the >$10K coaching/mentoring type programs, must are doing deals and are doing pretty good overall.

Investors, IMO, get too tied up in what serves themselves from a business standpoint, disregard for others or the public as well as laws is the underlying issue of unethical practices.

They had hung track lights, an outlet, and a switch, all run in romex, which was connected to an extension cord that they ran through the door, across a walkway, and plugged into an outlet on the outside of the house.My first thought was "I don't want to evict them, but they are blatantly disregarding the lease."
