RE is the only investment where you can gain compounded returns, without having to spend any money.

I believe the pre-treatment of choice is called "sizing" compound which is applied over a sealant or primer.

While this can be mitigated, the returns on this type of investment are hard to compound. 

Just know that the compounds in dish soaps vary from brand to brand.

I use the 'Sheetrock' All Purpose Joint Compound, the blue lid: This stuff dries a little quicker and easier to sand.

You have also lost the ability to gain interest on that money that entire time...compound interest is a powerful thing.   

Compound that with the fact that there is a lot of hating on mentorship programs... which I agree there are a lot of bad “run to the back of the room” ones.

@Trey Watson my primary objective is to build compounding cash flow but also build unrealized net worth through longer term buy and hold.  

It puts in in kind of savings account terms, that is, a savings account would have had to return X amount in compound interest to give you the same return over the same timeframe. it allows you to compare unlike investments by putting them in savings account terms.Looking BACK at an actual scenario, it can do a pretty good job of telling you what your return rate was.
