Don’t get greedy, only charge what they can pay. 

Hey BP,Has anyone worked with KC House Traders in kansas city before?

I am not planing to be greedy and obligate tenant to pay if she is not in the home.Is just that I want to be free from her and not pay her moving cost and attorney fees, which I think is not fair.

Here's an idea, why don't you not be so greedy, and not participate in Social Security fraud.

I know many non-agents say time and again "go right to the listing agent" it saves money and you have better odds because they are greedy pigs.

Some of the unwashed masses want to drag rising rents kicking and screaming into the wealth inequality "movement" and attempt to also link it to "greedy" landlords who supposedly just want to take advantage of poor tenants.  

On the other hand, you should regard yourself to a higher standard, more than just a greedy landlord.

coffee shops that call coffee something other than coffee, tight pants, short running shorts, Trader Joes, lots of bikes, attitude glasses (non-prescription), wine and tea stores, mustaches, edgy (slightly pornographic) art, etc.

There is another group I know of property traders that meet up to talk shop.  

Hence getting greedy to put my 401k investment also in there plus want to try out lending club’s secondary market( where people want to sell their notes)So does ameritrade give out routing and account number for this purpose?
