We continue to select, pay for and coordinate delivery of materials because it allows us to watch/understand our project #'s closer and doesn't allow for contractor to mark up material costs.  

I think this is actually the best starting point when investing out of state.Talk to the property manager and make arrangement for the key delivery.

Hi Stephanie,  sign a contract with builder SAMA for a new Quad in Selma Texas (phase 2 is in-progress with delivery in 18+ months away).
