Maybe I might get more clarity on what’s the best time to do so, and how many doors to aim to knock on per day  No offense but any investor that tells you do do door knocking is by definition ABSOLUTELY not smart.

As demand decreases, the fewer buyers in the market will naturally gravitate towards the A neighborhoods because those areas will suddenly be more accessible at lower price points.Chris,I'm fortunate enough to be in the front line where I get to see and hear things way before they show up on the news.

Hey Adam,I'd disagree on the Walker property.Ohio Cashflow does a lot of deals in that area and we find it to be quite solid.On another note to Andrew,No offense but I thought you had buyers lined up for you all of your properties.I started getting jealous as I thought I was the only one with "buyers lined up" until the "cows come home" heheLet me know when you can take 30-50% of your asking price and I'll buy everything you have available.There is no point of listing them on the MLS.The MLS stands for = Multi Level S@#% lolSorry mate but I have to be a bit sneaky with my comment.Thanks guys and keep the dream alive
