I would also keep an eye& ear out for the emerging innovators, every significant economic shift and calamity breeds innovators and those innovators require seed capital, think Facebook, Google, Netflix and so on, those early $ investors made multipliers on their capital that makes any other investment pale in comparison.

Hi Brenton, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

This is no different than companies relocating to the Ireland or the Bahamas, etc.Meaning, Texas is not a place of innovation where people come up with new ideas or building a better mousetrap.
