hi @Steve Vaughan  yeah I do think this may be difficult with section 8 but the first girl I've rented too is 26 and has no issues with online payments or leases.

I had a friend with me one time she was leaving the building and she said, "Wow that girl is scary mean."

In a startup I was involved in, I seen a 21 year old girl get involved with my CEO and tank the whole business because he made her director of Marketing with little or no experience.

One was a family with two young girls, paying ~25% below market.  

Obviously you are a smart girl who should be able to knock that stuff out since you already have formal business school training.

I don't have any idea what may be going on with the girl's mom.

And of course the public needs to be aware of the flakes in the world and the market place sure has its share of those.. but you have the disclosures at the top that folks should read that is well done.OK I got to go fund some deals today so my boys and girls have homes to work on..
