Given the times, I am sure they understand if it is not in person something personalized electronically or physical would be fine.

My tenants using the electronic payments all tend to pay the 1st of the month while my check payments tend to straggle in until the 8th or 9th.

I think there are even some electronic ones that you can do nowadays.

As a TN resident with commercial real estate investments in MS, I have found the reporting and paying electronically  easy using Turbo Tax. 

You will update the terms of paying rent, such as the address it should be sent to or who the check should be made out to if it is not an electronic payment. 2.

Besides flashlight, measuring tape, telescoping ladder,outlet tester, and electronic thermometer\ moisture detector what else should I pack.
