@Mazin El-AchkarNIM is the reciprocal of the CAP rate, so a NIM of 15 would correspond to a CAP rate of 6.67.

Cash flow enough that myself AND my wife can "quit" the rat race and decide what we want to do with our time from there. keep building the empire. 5 year plan each number goal corresponds with where I would like to be in that particular year...I am a grinder though and believe I can accomplish this in less that half the time.
