My PM collects rent, book keeping, finds and screens tenants, etc. 

For real estate investors, this may include tax planning, tax return preparation, audit support, entity structuring advice, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.

Forgot to mention with these apartment type deals on a conversion in these types of towns many who work in factories or other jobs you will need to collect the rent weekly or it will be spent on booze and other things. 60 to 65% costs of expected gross annually standard due to extra collection costs, turnover, bookkeeping etc.    

I realize I need a good lawyer, a good property manager, a good accountant, a bookkeeper, Assistant, and the list can go on.

I’ve been using RentRedi for rent collection and maintenance requests and Stessa for bookkeeping, but have been considering a switch to a more robust tool that can handle both.Out of curiosity do you have the same owner(s) for all 27 units?
