I would think it would be a good destination year round - the back side used to be a not so much talked about area for big water fishing (warm currents - shark fishing, marlin fishing, etc.).I did spend a lot of time as a kid at Lake Isabella....my Dad and his best friend spent lots of time growing up there as well.

Yes, based on the other facilities near by it will be mainly Class A RV's and Pontoon/Fishing Boats. 

Be a fisherman baiting hooks for the right fish fishing in the right location, and per above, fishing at the right time. 

Just a reality, they may well feel they have bigger fish to fry, so individuals like us have a hard time competing for their dedicated time.

Actual "damage", such as fist-sized holes in the walls and doors, or large water stains from a poorly maintained fish aquarium, damaged countertops, destroyed screen doors, and similar issues however, I definitely would be deducting for.At best it is a poor practice to make deductions from Security Deposit; at worst it is a violation of local LL/Tenant law.

You won't catch many fish offering 80% in my market, except under extraordinary circumstances &/or if you can source your own off-market deals.
