Lawfully, under H1B, an individual can passively earn income from various types of investments be it crypto, stocks, car sharing, silent investor etc.

For those people, I tell them to go invest in something else like crypto if they need to hit it big right away and retire.

Let me be the voice of the other side of the coin.

Good marketing is not like using a vending machine where you drop in a few coins, pull a lever and get a pre wrapped, ready to eat, snack dropped right in your hands, right when you want.

I can see both sides of the coin on this one.

But as a lot of others have mentioned there are always two sides to every coin. 

In other words, I just do not want to drop a decent amount of coin and be underwhelmed.There are so many programs, courses and mentors out there right now it is almost overwhelming. 

Are there other income opportunities such as renting out garage bays, adding a coin laundry, etc.

If you can’t wait 5-10 years then try something else the younger impatient generations are investing in like crypto and BTC and hope for the best.

This seems kind of high as there’s a coin op laundry which averages only about 4 loads a week and no dishwashers.
