However, they gave Angel Ridge (AR) the incorrect information for the lock box, delaying that transition.

Some areas the city handles the tax sales, some states like Arkansas handle the deed sales at the state level.

This is usually about $200 a year (I use ARS, but there are plenty others) depending on where you are.  

Any thoughts about the market there?Should I buy a property and rent?Or should I flip and sell?Are there any areas that you recommend avoiding? What are the good areas?Where is the high crime rate area?TIA,Mario
