Photographers know angles / lighting /the best parts of the room to highlight.It's a tiny investment compared to the value it brings. 

@Karissa Sampson- thanks - easy  choice - take the 5.5%  option - the difference in payment to the 5.375%  is tiny and the cost differnce is $1670 ...you  wont make up  1670  via the payment  savings in 12 months  when you plan to  refinance it 

The only ding on your report is the inquiry (which is a tiny ding).

Buyer paid a $300 flat fee, but I’d imagine that’s because the properties are peanuts and agents make tiny commissions.
