Of course this all happened after I spent $650 on a semi-commercial appraisal, and was into the deal over a month.Found private financing for 9% on the first from family, which was not what I wanted, but I really don't think the other would have actually closed-felt like mafia.It's been a great property and is worth 5 times what I paid.
