It's not a perfect system, but it could be alot worse if you adopted a system allowing a few to control any credit system.I wish Josh had a button that could be activated to simply delete bad information, that weeded out those that try to play the system simply for personal gain instead of participating to assist others and network for business dealings.

However, humans can't search for properties there... it's just for Realtors to log in and add/update/delete listings. 

I emailed a real estate attorney requesting a skype chat with him, and he sent me what looked like a $400 bill charging me for services rendered, which I deleted immediately.

I just deleted a long post. 

The forums doesn't allow post deletion so I can't do anything to the above post.

It would crash and never load anything, so I deleted and went to redownload, but cannot find on App Store, nor do any of the links to the app work from the website to iTunes...

I was not suggesting that these posts get deleted, simply locked so that 2 year old posts do not get re-commented on.

I'd like to be able to delete one of those.

I get about a dozen or so apartment complexes in my inbox each day and I can quickly sort which ones to underwrite and which ones to delete.
