Hello, I am new here.Currently I live in Japan teaching English, however I decided to move back to Florida in about 1 year from now.

I would look at these areas -Morningside, however as close to East English VillageBagleyRedfordGrandmont RosedaleRouge ParkAviation SubThese are just some of my playing rounds, that are gentrifying, but there are of course other areas to watch for. 

Some neighborhoods to look into are Aviation Sub, Bagley, East English Village, North end, Morningside, Jefferson and Chalmers, Grandmont Rosedale, Rosedale Park and many other pockets. 

I am an old dog, the english language gets harder and harder the older I get.

There is so much growth potential in other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia and the UK.Brandon mentioned in a Podcast that a board member did not want to hear what was possible with the current setup - he wanted to hear what great ideas that was not yet possible.I would love it if the whole organization would embrace that.
