At this point we were able to get him out by filing a forcible detainer, but only after the police had arrested him for drug dealing.A couple of interesting things about this deal1- the borrower never showed up to court with an attorney, he represented himself, although he was obviously receiving advice from at attorney2 - the borrower always maintained a friendly attitude, as if it was all a misunderstanding and could be rectified “with a little give and take”3- at each court level the borrower attempted to spin a yarn trying to convince the judge that he was just a homeowner down on his luck trying to save his home.

Rarely do I see really successful investors with high networths write about or complain about gurus charging money for trainings.I wonder if there is a correlation between having a positive attitude towards spending money on education and trainings and having a higher networth and having a negative attitude towards spending money on education and training and having a lower networth?

First the advice: go to Sherwin Williams, open Pro account if you're going to flip at least 1 house per year - they'll give you discount about 2/3 off the price on Promar 200 and it's base interior which will be cheaper than Home Depo with their accumulated every year discount.Next: your attitude: with such an attitude you won't last long in this business.
