Needless to say, different cities are going to provide different job and real estate opportunities.

@Shane H.When I was a freshman in college I joined the campus radio station, there was a series of broadcasts (not mine) targeted at the university president... needless to say, there was a mandatory meeting for all on-air personalities called.. the facility advisor opened by saying somthing along the lines of “everyone has a righ to free speech, that being said, the average cost to defend a defamation lawsuit in the US is 300k (circa 2001), the station is not responsible for your speech, are you ready?”

They moved to a more expensive rental and literally dropped around $10k in the process of moving to have everything done and because they went under lease on two different homes, having found one they wanted more than the first... needless to say that first security deposit was gone! 

Needless to say, since I joined BP last month, I have gained tremendous knowledge and its amazing the ease with which the member share honest information and always eager to help.Thank you all.......am honored to be part of this community.

Needless to say, Columbus will remain a strong real estate market for the foreseeable future.
