I don't know about you guys but when I saw the title of the thread the then the dollars your talking about to me if was kind of funny at least as it relates to real estate .. those are hardly insurmountable debt amounts I thought you guys were going to say 500k to 1 mil. or more. not small under 100k amounts.. those can be handled quite efficiently in the real estate context in a matter of a year or a few .if your W 2  now that's a whole nother kettle of fish.. at least from my perspective.

Wow,  it is hard to believe most of the answers are about buying fish instead of teaching how to fish.If you were a smart investor...I would use that 100K to set yourself up for generating more deals completely gadamn irrelevant if you want to flip, wholesale buy and hold etc etc.I really think this is why so many people are so unsuccessful at this.

And then an energy crises hits the United States 5 years later and the cost to heat or cool our homes triples... so me being from California and mistakenly moving to Oklahoma so I could have 4 seasons instead of just Blazing Hot and Slippery Wet I need to always have either the heater or the air conditioner (the humidity in Oklahoma is so bad fish hitch hike between ponds)  before I FINALLY get to move to Florida and get on those awesome "Florida Resident Only" discounted cruises.
