After it's adhered, it gets a layer of fiberglass mesh (for impact strength) embedded in a base coat, then topped with the color coat of the stucco.

The lion doesn’t lose sleep over the opinions of the sheep .Your going to have to develop thicker skin and not be afraid of tenants or the responsibility of property management if you expect to do this going forward .
