The speaker said there are new laws...particularly in NC where any communication to a tenant about rent monies must be prefaced with an indication that the contact is in regards to collecting monies.

Speakers were brought in which were usually informative but there was minimal discussion between members.

The speaker (Lee Escobar) definitely elaborated on key points dealing with a wide variety of REI and also gave recommendations based off his experience.

You basically have access to 15+ speakers who present on their flipping and wholesaling businesses (I'm the smallest fish out of this year's line up), and other business owners attend as well. 

The Summit was fantastic, turnout was great, and will likely triple for 2013 in Vegas (hint hint).Attendees could not have expected better and as a speaker, it was a top notch experience all the way around.2 Summits each year should be the norm as this was a should not miss event!

The San Diego Investment Club posts the guest speakers talks online, so I have started watching those.

Each month we have a quest speaker based on that month's theme.
