Again, volatility is the name of the game at the moment, but not much came of the last two forks, so I'm optimistic that relative stability will continue in the short term.I've been thinking about what can be done to incorporate the blockchain with other industries.

I am much less optimistic about the state of Illinois as a whole for all the reasons you mentioned. 

Airdna is not intentionally fudging their numbers, but their numbers tend to be on the more optimistic side. 

I am cautiously optimistic, and continue to buy apartment buildings that make sense.

@Luis Prieto, I think you may be optimistic in thinking that your tenants will sympathize with your decision to sell your property. 

This is awfully optimistic, but I guess one has to be in order to make money.

And since our rents are high because our property is beach front, clients expect a lot, and we often have unexpected costs to appease the guests.We are making improvements that will increase cashflow, and are very optimistic long term about the appreciation and wealth building, but it's not a great cash flow play for us at the moment. 

That's why, even using the most optimistic data available, fewer than 3% of the population of the United States are millionaires (and that's not a lot of wealth).

Maybe that is just me, the eternal optimist speaking...
