Paint all the walls and rooms the same color, I use chic grey and bright white for trim.

Anyway, he decided not to pursue our house, and maybe because of the fee - I don't know exactly.There is a lot of grey area in fee refund and I try to keep it black and white.

As for the walls it is a grey area, how long were they there and when is the last time they were painted.

About the only solution I had, while I waited for the promised city connect was regular (every 3 weeks or so) pumping of the septic tank and a jerry rigged grey water system for things like laundry.While this was a costly nightmare on the positive side I learned the value of city relationships.   

There's a lot of grey "boring" area during many years.  

@Sri Tulls We went with a light grey throughout and white baseboards/trim.

After about 2 yrs, I finally overcame my fears and had the mindset of the Nike slogan, Just Do It.

Too many "nike" presence online.

Do so within 4 hours or next day to keep coats to minimize number of coats required.If working with appointments such as dark color carpets or trim but don't want to replace those, choose a more-extreme opposite color for your coating (coating the wall with grey to stop dark brown carpet.)
