Since SparkRent appears to be closely affiliated with Intuit, I wonder if they use the same 'application' process.

As a follow up question to anyone who has a SIH BTR property: Since Suncoast is SIH's affiliate and SIH requires you use Suncoast, do these red flags apply to SIH as well?
