Resist the temptation of focusing on quick cash, wholesale/flipping strategies or at least temper it by simultaneously building long term wealth with rentals when it makes sense to do so, the goal being passive income or mailbox money that you can use for retirement, children's college education, etc.

The terms usually undercut the realtor pretty severely while simultaneously charging the buyer 2-5% of the bid price plus a "technology fee" and some other crap.

And you don't necessarily have to close on them, if you find a buyer to wholesale them to prior to your closing, you can always do a "simultaneous close" in the states that allow this.

I have been and am still a very big fan of Self Storage.We are currently selling some of our Facilities at top prices and simultaneously positioning ourselves for one of the biggest land grabs in history - or at least for me and our Company - in the next few months to couple of years.
