Is this facility 55% full because the market is saturated and its the ugliest of the bunch?

This is saturating our industry with people that are making B.S. offers that they cannot close on.

I'm just so saturated with everyone's "opinions"-- largely with no facts-- and I go to BP to escape the madness and dialogue with other like minded investors.

Plain is overpriced, with the market saturated with new families relocating, as well as some overzealous investors skewing the market pricing by paying too much.

I believe the STR markets are saturated beyond sustainability.

I’m looking at a 1.1 million dollar home in encore. 11 beds 13 baths.I understand Kissimmee Florida may be the most saturated rental market in the world but I believe it still has very valuable opportunities if you get into it properly.
